The house is offered through an interesting formula to buy a plot of land and build an individual villa designed in perfect harmony with the surroundings, with a swimming pool and beautiful panoramic views, located in a lovely spot of the Costa Brava.

The offered formula is as follows:

The client chooses the plot of land he is interested in, from among the various options available, and signs a reservation contract with the owner.
The client chooses the house he is interested in, from among the various options available, advised by an Architecture Studio that, based on the existing designs, will adapt them to the client's needs. A contract is signed with the Architecture Studio for the preparation of the preliminary project, basic project and executive project, including preparation of the construction budget.
Once the client is sure that the house he is interested in can be built on the selected land, the purchase of the land is signed.
Simultaneously to the purchase of the land, a contract is signed with the construction company where the construction phases and the payments for each phase are established. It is not possible to buy the land without contracting the rest of the services.
Once the building permit is obtained, the construction works begin. At the end of each phase, the construction company will issue a Work Certificate that will be supervised by the Architecture Studio who will endorse that it is in accordance with the contract with the client. In this way, the client only pays for finished work once it has been verified and certified.
The construction period is 12 months after obtaining the building permit.

There are diverse types of houses with floor areas starting at 210 m², whose prices range between €490,000 and €750,000 depending on the size of the plot, the location, etc. All options include turnkey delivery, plot of land, house with garage, swimming pool and landscaped garden.

LAYOUT:

The house of the report is a designed modern house of new construction with 250 m² built, constructed on the hillside of one of the mountains of Cala Canyelles, on a plot of 800 m² with a slight slope.
